Initial Talks

● Discuss project, then confirm Info & Payment
Phase 1
● Body sculpt/proportions approval
● Hair, Outfit, other sculpt details approval
● Color & texturing approval
Phase 2
● Begin rigging, Periodic updates throughout
● Unity work & shaders approval
● Face Expressions & animation previews
● VRChat, Warudo, &/or other 3Dtuber app testing & finalization
Finalization
● Remaining payment fulfilled
● Files delivered upon completion
● Technical assistance with uploading to VRC if needed up to 48 hours post delivery
Important info
● Please have a character reference ready, I can do additive design work for clothing, hairstyles, expressions, etc, but I do not offer full character designs from the ground up.● Porting to VRChat on Quest/Android & IOS
This can take a significant level of work depending on the avatar, and thus can often incur an additional cost. Simple designs without too many add-ons can sometimes have this done without much extra work, but most can expect to an extra +10% of the project's overall price.
(please note certain features, toggles, and effects which appear on the PC side of your avatar may not be possible on the Quest side of things. And in-game performance rankings of "medium" and below are not guaranteed for Quest. DM me with any questions about this and I'll be happy to answer any of 'em!)

By commissioning me, you are accepting the conditions and guidelines outlined in this website. It is imperative that you carefully review the entire document. I cannot be held accountable if you fail to read and comprehend these terms of service. It is your obligation to inquire if there are any questions or confusion after reading this.
Rules, Restrictions, and Other Important Info:
● You must be above 18 years of age● Completion time is currently 2-3 month(s) after initial payment, though this can vary depending on how many I have in queue (feel free to ask!)● You are expected to provide quick and thorough feedback to help streamline the process and ensure you're satisfied with the end result● I do not do gore● I do not do explicit NSFW● I retain the right to use all commissioned work for promotional and/or portfolio purposes● I reserve the rights to share progress of the project on my social media platforms and for advertising unless an NDA is purchased● I have the right to refuse any commission which I do not feel comfortable completing● Using, uploading, or selling my work as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) is strictly forbidden.● Clients are expected to credit "WindyTheWiz" in places where it is used commercially, & link to either my page windys3d.carrd.co/ or to my handle @WindyTheWiz on the relevant platform● Prices of my commissions are subject to change at any time
Payments:
● Payment can be made via PayPal with a 50% upfront payment being required to begin work for all commissions.● I will deliver your finished order only after receiving the full payment.● Once a commission starts, no refunds will be permitted.● BUT If for some reason I am unable to complete your order, I will fully refund you.
